Ingredients

- 2 organic eggs
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp butter
- 6 chicken breasts
Directions
- Cut Chicken into 1″ strips – makes about 18 strips, 5″ long.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl.
- Add almond flour onto a sheet of wax paper.
- Coat chicken with egg and almond flour.
- Heat a pan over the stove and add butter.
- Cook chicken over the stove until cooked.
