Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken

Ingredients

Serves: 5

  • One 24-ounce jar medium or mild low sodium salsa
  • Juice from one lime
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped (optional)
  • 4-6 boneless chicken breast halves (completely defrosted)

Directions

  1. In a slow cooker, mix together all ingredients
  2. Cover and cook on Low for 6 hours
  3. Serve warm and enjoy!
