Turkey Roll Ups

Ingredients

Serves: 3

  • 1 tall carrot, peeled and grated
  • 6 slices of organic turkey breast
  • 6 leaves of lettuce chopped up
  • ½ cup Dijon mustard

Directions

  1. Spread mustard evenly on turkey slices to edges.
  2. Top each piece of turkey evenly with carrot and lettuce. Roll up each slice of turkey; wrap securely. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
