Strawberry Ice Cream

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 12 frozen strawberries
  • 2-3 cups coconut or almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Place the frozen bananas and strawberries into a food processor.
  2. Start blending then add in the vanilla and coconut milk slowly. Just enough milk for it to blend together but not too much.
  3. Once it is nice and smooth but still very thick, scoop it into a bowl and enjoy!
  4. It needs to be eaten right away as it will not keep very well in the freezer. Makes 2-3 servings.
