- 2 avocados
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 lime
- 4 tbsp pico de gallo
- sea salt to taste
- carrot sticks or organic tortilla chips
- Cut avocados lengthwise in half and remove pits.
- Spoon avocado into a mixing bowl and combine remaining ingredients. Juice the lime.
- Serve with carrot sticks or an organic brand of tortilla chips.
