Serves: 6

  • 12 eggs
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 white potato
  • 8 strips of bacon

Start By…

  1. Cooking your bacon over the stove at medium heat. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Chop the bell pepper, onion, bacon, and potato into small pieces and place into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Crack all 12 eggs into the mixing bowl and mix all ingredients together.
  4. Pour mixture into a baking dish and cook for 45 minutes.
