Start Seeing Results

This week I have some really exciting and fun fat burning workouts to help you start seeing some results. The same rules apply for this week as last week accept you should be doing the full recommended workout if you were one of those who did only 2 rounds on last weeks workout.

This week I have some new workouts which you have not done yet. The warms ups will be consistent each week because they get your body ready for each workout. They will be similar but I have changed up the workout plans to keep things new and interesting for you.
