Aging ExercisesExercising is a great way to keep the blood flowing in your body and maintain optimal health for the long term.

The problem however, is that many of us are harming our bodies by performing exercises that can actually age you faster, and stall your fat burning results.

The types of exercises that I’ll share with you today are very popular and thought of as healthy for you to do. I’ll explain to you why these so called “great” exercises are not so good for your body, and how they can slow the rate you burn fat…

The first exercise to never do is long boring cardio sessions.

These exercises cause an increase in free radicals that break down cells in your body. These free radicals even damage the DNA of cells. The damage can not be recovered once the damage is done. You don’t have to kill yourself for an hour on a treadmill or at cardio sessions.

Treadmill workouts and slow cardio can be replaced with quicker and higher intense exercises that take 25 minutes or less each day. I’ll reveal some of these good exercises to you near the end of this article.

The second worst exercise that ages you and stalls fat loss is slow weight lifting exercises

To burn fat and keep yourself looking younger, weightlifting is not going to be your best option. You’re working different muscles in your body but you’re not pushing yourself to your limits. Heavy weight lifting can age you by injuring muscles, and cartilage.

If weightlifting is something you enjoy doing then do leg squats and lunges. Set a timer to complete 3-4 rounds of 7 reps within 10 minutes!

Performing a high intense workout can help you burn more fat not only during your workout but after your workout too!

The third worst exercise for aging and fat loss is doing crunches.

Doing sit ups can help you tone your core but it’s useless if your mid section is covered with belly fat. You first have to remove your belly fat before you can tone your abs. This can frustrate a lot of people because many men and women think they’re burning fat. However, even if you did 1,000 sit ups a day, you still wouldn’t lose your belly fat without the implementing the right exercises.

Doing crunches will get you ZERO results, ultimately leading to fat loss and anti-aging failure. Clinging onto belly fat can accelerate the aging process if you don’t get rid of it.

What should you do for exercise?

The best fat loss and anti-aging exercises that I teach my clients, which have also been proven through scientific research, is high intensity interval training exercises. This style of exercise can help you burn just as much fat in 20 minutes as an hour of doing slow cardio. Performing an intense workout will help you build more muscle and burn more fat.

The great thing about implementing high intensity training is that you typically build muscle mass at the same time. Once you start exercising the proper way and eating the right foods, you can achieve a more lean and firm body!
