finishedmealplansA questions I’m asked frequently is: What do I do once I’ve finished the first 4 weeks of meal plans? I have an answer that will give you some options. There are three paths to take once you’ve completed the first 4 weeks of Slim Down Smart…

The first option is to follow the 4 weeks of plans you’ve just finished again. The second option is to build your own plans based on what you’ve learned and discovered you’ve liked eating. And the third option is using the final phase meal plans.

OPTION #1: Following The Meal Plans Again

This is a strong option to consider, because now that you’ve completed the first 4 weeks of meal plans, you now have experience. You know how to prepare the meals and you’ve got some strategies that you can use to follow the plan more efficiently the second time around.

If you’ve followed the first 4 weeks of meal plans twice now, then I would recommend using one of the next 2 options that I will explain below. You will want to change things up to constantly keep your body guessing. Changing your meals will give you more variety and prevent you from becoming bored with the same food over and over again.

OPTION #2: Build Your Own Meal Plans

Building your own meal plans is another fantastic option to help you stay on track with the right eating habits you’ve been following. You’ve worked hard to create good habits so picking the right foods to stick to them is another option.

Start by reviewing the first 4 weeks of meal plans and checking to see all of the foods you really enjoyed while you were following the plan. Write your favorite meals down on some paper that you want to incorporate on your custom plan. Then fill in the blanks by choosing recipes from the recipe section of Slim Down Smart.

OPTION #3: Start The Final Phase

Following the Final Phase is another smart choice, because we’ve done all the work for you again. The Final Phase will provide you with another 4 weeks of meal plans. Also included with the Final Phase is toning exercises to incorporate each day. The foods are delicious and we have some additional options that you haven’t seen in the first 4 weeks yet.

Many members enjoy the Final Phase because it helps to tone your body and help you get rid of some of the extra pounds you’re still trying to fight off. The final phase is complete with recipes and vegetarian options too.

What Works Best For You?

The options will fit each individual differently. If you’re on a tight budget and have very little time, then option 1 may be your best option. If you’re looking to try a couple new meals, and want to change some of the foods around then option 2 may be your best option.

And finally, if you’re tight on time, want to try something new, incorporate some exercises to tone your body, and wan’t to add variety, without spending hours of time planning… Then option 3, the final phase is best for you.
