Matt has been an athlete for over 13 years and he’s also a health and nutrition coach who helps his clients achieve their goals of losing weight and leading a healthier lifestyle.
Eating healthier and training is a second nature to Matt and he got into health and wellness as a hockey player 13 years ago. He understands what it takes to get to the next level when trying to lose weight and getting back into better shape, especially from having the luxury of being trained by some of the worlds top professional trainers and nutritionists.
Matt has had the experience of playing ice hockey at a very high level. He played as a goalie in the top leagues in north America such as the NAHL, BCHL, and USHL. During his hockey career he was able to be the top goalie in every league he played in. He has also won national championships and has been scouted by Division I ice hockey schools along with NHL teams, which include the Detroit Red Wings, Buffalo Sabres, and Nashville Predators.
After Matt retired from playing from the USHL’s Lincoln Stars he wanted to start helping others achieve their goals of living a healthier lifestyle.
Matt is the creator of this website and the book called Slim Down Smart. He has compiled all of his knowledge and experience from being an athlete working with top professional trainers and nutritionists everyday for the past 13 years into a simple members area on this website that you can pick up and implement to drastically change your lifestyle.
Being an athlete for over 13 years has taught Matt countless exercises and eating habits that are not only fun but effective. Matt can help you break through your weight loss barriers that you have been struggling with. He wants to help you get past your struggles so you can achieve weight loss success!
